About StoriLeaf

Every life holds a story worth remembering.

StoriLeaf helps people gather the moments, lessons, voices, photographs, and details that make a life meaningful, then shape them into a book that can be kept and shared.

Our story

Why StoriLeaf was built.

StoriLeaf began with a simple thought. Memories fade, but stories do not have to.

We wanted to create a way for people to capture the experiences, lessons, laughter, voices, and small everyday details that shape their lives, then turn them into something tangible. Something lasting.

What started as a personal effort to preserve our own family stories revealed a deeper challenge. Memories were easy to store, but it was far harder to ask the right questions and turn scattered recollections into something complete.

That became the work: helping people record their experiences in their own words, at their own pace, without feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin.

At StoriLeaf, we believe every story matters. Telling it should not feel difficult or out of reach. It should feel natural, like talking to someone who genuinely wants to listen.

Why we built StoriLeaf

A personal note from co-founder Arpit Singla.

What we believe

The work has to stay personal.

Story with care

Every story deserves to be handled thoughtfully. We approach each life story with respect, sensitivity, and attention because it carries a lifetime of memories.

Human, not mechanical

Technology should support storytelling, not replace it. We use structure and tools to make sharing easier while keeping the person at the centre.

Privacy and respect

Memories are deeply personal. We treat every story with care, protect the material shared with us, and never treat private details as marketing content.

Words that last

Books outlast us. Stories keep us close. We believe a thoughtfully made book can carry voices, lessons, and love across generations.

A careful path from memory to book.

Questions that feel like a conversation, not a form to finish.

A clear path for different stories, from life memories and journeys to love stories, founder journeys, letters, celebrations, and family gifts.

Simple roles for the person gifting the story, the storyteller, and the people who want to help.

Private handling for personal stories, photographs, names, and family or work context.

Careful editing that keeps the storyteller's voice recognisable.
